Our ordering process is for patients’ with a private prescription (or a doctor in case of emergency supplies).

Contact us to open an account and request your medicine with us, either by email or phone.
Send your prescription to us via post (regulations stipulate that we cannot dispatch the product to you until we receive this).
Once we have receipt of the prescription and payment, we will confirm delivery with you.

If you do not consent to the prescription being fulfilled by Curaleaf Pharmacy, take the prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. The pharmacy can then order the medicine from the Specials Manufacturer and Importer, Rokshaw Laboratories.

You cannot get cannabis-based medicine from a GP – it can only be prescribed in the UK by a clinician listed on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council.
A prescription for medical cannabis would only be given when it was believed to be in your best interests, and when other treatments had not worked or were not suitable.
Medical cannabis can only be prescribed by a specialist NHS or independent (private) hospital doctor after a referral from your GP or a self-referral to a specialist clinic.
Specialist doctors who work in independent healthcare must register with CQC for the regulated activity of treatment of disease, disorder and injury. If they intend to prescribe and treat patients with cannabis-based medicinal products, they must be able to demonstrate that they have assurances in place to deliver safe and effective care in line with relevant legislation and guidance.
